At the start of our engagement Cadbury was a global confectionary company with over $9 billion sales and iconic brands like Cadbury dairy milk, TNCC, Pascal, Picnic, Cherry ripe and many others. Supply Chain Cover has worked with Cadbury for over six years, in our largest program we managed a $66 Million two year supply chain transformation program, designing and implementing the optimal logistics network in ANZ while significantly reducing costs.
